सुशीला कार्कीलाई सरकार प्रमुख बनाउने मध्यरातमा सहमति वार्तामा संसद् विघटनको विषयमा मतभेद देखिए पनि संविधानअनुसार कसरी अघि बढ्ने भन्नेबारेमा चर्चा भएको बुझिएको छ।

देउवाको घरमा सर्वसाधारणको भीड, केही भेटाउने आसमा खरानी पन्छाउँदै, तस्बिरहरू
आगजनीको दुई दिनपछि सिंहदरबारभित्र जे देखियो, तस्बिरहरू
जेनजी अभियन्ता सुदन गुरुङले भने– संविधानभित्रैबाट सरकार गठन हुन्छ जेन–जी अभियन्ता सुदन गुरुङले नेपाली जनताको भावना अनुसार नै अन्तरिम सरकार भन्ने भन्दै संविधान खारेजी गर्न नखोजेको बताएका छन् । ...... ‘नेपाली जनताको भावना, जेन–जीको भावनाअनुसार सरकार बनाउने । यो संविधान पूरै त्याग गर्ने होइन,यसलाई खारेज नगर्ने । खारेज गर्यो भने अरूहरूले हस्तक्षेप गर्छन् । नरह्यो नेपाल, नरह्यो नेपाली रु संविधानमा संशोधन गर्नुपर्छ ।’ .......... अध्यक्ष गुरुङले आफूहरूले पूर्वप्रधानन्यायाधीश सुशीला कार्कीको नेतृत्व मान्न तयार रहेको पनि बताए । उनले संसद् विघटन पनि आफूहरूको मुख्य माग रहेको बताए । त्यसपछि मात्रै अरू कामहरू अघि बढ्ने उनको भनाइ छ । ....... गुरुङले एउटा आमाको कोख अहिले रित्तो भएको भन्दै आन्दोलनमा गोली हान्नेलाई नछोड्ने बताए । यो बच्चाहरूलाई ताकी–ताकी गोली हानेछ त्यसैगरी ताकी–ताकी म निकाल्छु तिनीहरूलाई । चाहे मरेको होस् म खाल्टो खनेर भए पनि निकाल्छु । एक जनालाई छोड्दिनँ म,’उनले भने ।

सेनाले हिम्मत नगरे जनता सडकमा आउँछन्: ज्ञानेन्द्र शाही (राप्रपा) का सांसद ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहीले सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत नेपाली सेनालाई हिम्मत गर्न आह्वान गरेका छन्। उनले राष्ट्रिय एकता, नेपाली जनताको इज्जत र प्रतिष्ठा जोगाउन सेनाले निर्णायक भूमिका खेल्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिएका छन्। ........ शाहीले बिहीबार सामाजिक सञ्जाल फेसबुक स्ट्याटसमा लेखेका छन्, ‘उपत्यका मात्र होइन, नेपालभरिका आमाबुबा, दाजुभाइ र दिदीबहिनीहरू तयारी अवस्थामा बस्नुपर्छ। कुनै पनि निर्णायक निर्णय आउन सक्छ।’ ....... उनले सेनालाई लक्षित गर्दै भनेका छन्, ‘अब हिम्मत गरेर परमाधिपति र राष्ट्रलाई जोगाउनुपर्छ। यदि सेनाले जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्न सकेन भने फेरि नेपाली जनता सडकमा निस्कनेछन्। अब नेपालीहरू चुप लागेर बस्दैनन्।’

3 Pillars of Trump's Power Set to Be Tested at Supreme Court It was just the latest example of the Administration highlighting how Trump is following through on his campaign promises to aggressively deploy tariffs, ramp up deportations, and send the National Guard into U.S. cities. But a recent drumbeat of court rulings have called those three central actions of Trump’s presidency into question. Lower courts are repeatedly finding that Trump has exceeded his powers as President under the Constitution. In just the last two weeks, federal courts ruled that most of his tariffs are illegal, that he violated a law prohibiting the use of soldiers for law enforcement inside the U.S., and that many of his most high-profile deportations were based on a faulty reading of law......... The White House is challenging all of those decisions, setting the stage for the Supreme Court to ultimately determine if if Trump may have to rein in his efforts in those areas The high court, where conservatives hold a 6-3 majority thanks to the three justices Trump hand-picked during his first term, has so far taken an expansive view of Trump’s ability to act. ......... A federal court ruled in late August that most of Trump’s tariffs are illegal because they were imposed without Congressional approval. But that lower court held off on enacting its order to give the Trump Administration time to appeal to the Supreme Court. On Tuesday, the high court announced it was expediting the tariff case, demanding briefs from all sides from the government and the plaintiffs by Sept. 19 in order to hear in-person arguments in early November. .......... The case was brought by a group of small businesses that said the tariffs Trump imposed so far “amount to an average tax increase of $1,200-$2,800 per American household.” The business owners argued that issuing those tariffs were beyond the President’s powers under the Constitution. Article I of the Constitution empowered Congress to “lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises” and demands that bills for raising revenue “shall originate in the House of Representatives.” ......... “Chicago is about to find out why it's called the Department of WAR,” Trump wrote in a social media post on Sept. 6. The next day, Trump was asked by a reporter about the threat and tried to downplay his post. "We're not going to war. We're going to clean up our cities,” Trump said.
तीन घन्टाभन्दा लामो समयदेखि के छलफल चलिरहेछ शीतल निवासमा पूर्वप्रधानन्यायाधीश कार्कीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउन आपत्ति नभए पनि सांसद नभएको व्यक्तिलाई कुन प्रक्रियाबाट नियुक्ति गर्ने भन्ने सवालमा परामर्श । ........ शीतल निवासमा जारी छलफल तीन घन्टाभन्दा लामो समय भइसक्दा पनि निष्कर्ष निस्कन सकेको छैन । शीतल निवासमा राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेलका अलावा प्रधानसेनापति अशोकराज सिग्देल र पूर्वप्रधानन्यायाधीश सुशीला कार्कीबीच छलफल जारी छ । शीतल निवासमै कानुनविद् ओमप्रकाश अर्याल पनि रहेका छन् । .......... स्रोतका अनुसार शीतल निवासमा संविधानको धारा ६१ (४) मा रहेको बाधा अडाकाउ फुकाउको व्यवस्थामै लामो छलफल भइरहेको बुझिएको छ । यसमा 'संविधानको पालना र संरक्षण गर्नु राष्ट्रप्रमुखको प्रथम कर्तव्य रहेको मानिनेछ' उल्लेख छ । यो विषयमा राष्ट्रपतिलाई भीमार्जुन आचार्य र विपिन अधिकारीले पनि सुझाव दिएका थिए । .......... संविधानको विद्यमान व्यवस्थाअनुसार प्रधानमन्त्री हुन पहिलो सर्त नै प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुनुपर्छ । पूर्वप्रधानन्यायाधीश कार्कीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउन आपत्ति नभए पनि राष्ट्रपति पौडेलले सांसद नभएको व्यक्तिलाई कुन प्रक्रियाबाट नियुक्ति गर्ने भन्ने सवालमा संविधानविद्सँग लामो परामर्श गरिरहेको देखिन्छ । ......... नयाँ सरकार प्रमुख कसलाई र कसरी बनाउने भन्ने विषयमा राष्ट्रपतिले संविधानविद्का अलावा सभामुख र केही प्रमुख नेताहरूसँग पनि छलफल गरिरहेको बुझिएको छ । कार्कीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्ति गर्ने जानकारी राष्ट्रपति पौडेलले सभामुख देवराज घिमिरेमार्फत कामचलाउ प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीसमक्ष पनि पुर्याएको सभामुख निकट स्रोतको दाबी छ ।
