भुगोल का महत्व मैं देख रहा हुँ। मेरा गाओं जो जनकपुरधाम के पास ही है। उसके बाद मेरा गृहनगर: जनकपुरधाम। उसके बाद मेरा स्कुल। काठमाण्डु का बुढानीलकण्ठ स्कुल। उसके बाद काठमाण्डु। हाइ स्कुल और कॉलेज के बीच कुछ साल मैं काठमाण्डु रहा। न रहता तो उसके लगभग एक दशक बाद सारे अमेरिका का अकेला नेपाली न बनता जिसने सन २००५ और २००६ में नेपाल के लोकतान्त्रिक आन्दोलन के लिए फुल टाइम काम किया।

अमेरिका के केंटकी राज्य में कॉलेज किया। जब ९/११ हुवा उसके बाद ऑन एंड ऑफ दो साल १८ चक्का वाले ट्रक में अमेरिका के ४८ राज्य पहुँचे।

सन २००५ के मध्य में न्यु यॉर्क आ गया। पहले नेपाल का लोकतान्त्रिक आंदोलन। उसके बाद मधेसी क्रांति। न्यु यॉर्क शहर का बराक ओबामा का पहला फुल टाइम वालंटियर। न्यु यॉर्क शहर में १० साल रहा मैं।

सन २०१६ विशेष है। उसके बारे में विस्तार से बात करेंगे। डेढ़ साल कैलिफ़ोर्निया रहा। उसके बाद न्यु यॉर्क हडसन वैली।

भगवान कल्कि पर पहली बार नजर पड़ी सन २०१९ में। उसके कुछ साल बाद उन्होंने मुझे अपना परिचय दिया। फोन पर सिर्फ १० मिनट लगे मेरे को बात समझने में। पहले टेक्स्ट मेसेज पर लिख के कहा। तो मैंने तुरन्त उन्हें कहा: "देखिए, आपको ऐसे नहीं बोलना चाहिए। ये बहुत बड़ा पाप माना जाता है। ऐसी बात मजाक में भी मत बोलिए।" उन्होंने तुरन्त फोन उठाया और १० मिनट में दुध का दुध और पानी का पानी कर दिया।

मैं उनका पहला भक्त हुँ। उनके कलि युग समाप्ति के प्रोजेक्ट में मेरे को पुरा सहयोग करना है।

इंटरनेट पर दशकों से मैं ब्लॉग्गिंग कर रहा हुँ। १०,००० से ज्यादा ब्लॉग पोस्ट हैं मेरे। दुनिया भर के समस्यायों से मैं जुझता रहा हुँ। नेपाल का समस्या। भारत का समस्या। अमेरिका का समस्या। दुनिया भर का समस्या। राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक समस्या। बिजनेस का समस्या। छोटा समस्या, बड़ा समस्या।

और उन समस्त समस्यायों का समाधान मुझे मिल जाता है। कहाँ? तो भगवान कल्कि द्वारा लिखित पुस्तक कल्किवादी घोषणापत्र में। इस सारी जीवन में मैंने जिस चीज को कदम कदम पर ढूँढा है वो हमें मिल जाता है। कहाँ? तो कल्किवादी घोषणापत्र में।

उस कल्किवादी घोषणापत्र को पहले नेपाल में लागु करने होंगे। पायलट प्रोजेक्ट की तरह। ताकि सारी दुनिया देख सके। कि ये सिर्फ एक अच्छा आईडिया नहीं है, इसे लागु भी किया जा सकता है।

मेरे इस पुस्तक लेखन का मकसद है इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए सहयोग और समर्थन जुटाना। कहानियों का बहुत महत्व होता है उसमें।

दुनिया भर से लोग नेपाल आएंगे कल्किवादी अर्थतंत्र को देखने

भगवान कल्कि आ चुके

कल्किवादी घोषणापत्र को लागु करने का अगला कदम है एक देश में लागु करना। अभी जो सिर्फ एक विचार है, सिर्फ एक पुस्तक है उसको एक देश में लागु कर के दिखाना है ताकि लोग देख सके ये सिर्फ एक अच्छा विचार नहीं बल्कि इसको सफलतापुर्वक लागु भी किया जा सकता है।

एक थिंक टैंक बनेगी जिसका बजट रहेगा १०० करोड़। कल्किवादी घोषणापत्र पर विचार विमर्श करना, उसकी आलोचनाओं को सम्बोधन करना, बौद्धिक स्तर पर उसको कमसेकम उथलपुथल के रास्ते लागु करना। उस किस्म का एक रोडमैप चाहिए।

उस बौद्धिक स्तर के काम के साथ साथ एक संगठन निर्माण होनी है। नयी पिढी सामने आएगी। बंगलादेश में जो हुवा नेपाल में उससे ज्यादा नाटकीय ढंग से सत्ता परिवर्तन होना है।

सारी दुनिया देखेगी। उसको देखने दुनिया भर से लोग आएंगे। सिर्फ उस पर्यटन से देश का खर्चा चल सकता है। उतने लोग आएंगे दुनिया भर से कल्किवादी अर्थतंत्र को देखने।

बात समझ के लोग क्रान्ति करेंगे, सत्ता परिवर्तन करेंगे। सत्ता में आने के बाद कमसेकम उथलपुथल के रास्ते कल्किवादी अर्थतंत्र को लागु किया जाएगा।

कल्किवादी अर्थतंत्र को लागु करने का मतलब होता है रातोरात गरीबी समाप्त, रातोरात बेरोजगारी समाप्त। रातोरात महिला पुरुष समानता लागु।
