नेपालमा ४०% मधेशी, मधेशमा ४०% पहाडी

हामी मधेशी जो िक नेपालको जनसंख्याको ४०% छौं यिद नेपालिभत्र बस्न िमल्छ भने भोिलको मधेश राज्यमा त्यहाँ अिहले बस्दै अाएका पहाडी िकन बस्न िमल्दैन? मधेशमा पहाडी समुदायको जनसंख्या ४०% जित छ हाराहारीमा।

संघीय सरकारको अवधारणा भनेको त्यो मधेश राज्यको अाफ्नो भुभाग हुन्छ, अाफ्नो िवधाियका, कार्यपािलका र न्यायपािलका हुन्छ, अाफ्नो पुिलस र प्रषासन हुन्छ। त्यो राज्यको अाफ्नो एउटा संिवधान हुन्छ।

राणालाई फाले पिन, राजालाई फाले पिन, माअोवादीको गृहयुद्ध समाप्त गरे पिन पहाडीले मधेशीलाई िथचेको नेपालको इितहास समाप्त नहुने रहेछ भन्ने कुरा हामीले पटक पटक देिखसक्यौं। िनर्दल गए पिन, बहुदल अाए पिन हामी मधेशीलाई जुन जोगी अाए पिन कानै िचरेका भन्ने हुँदो रहेछ। पहाडीहरूको उपिनवेशवाद बहुदल अाए पिन कायम नै हुँदो रहेछ।

पहाडका जनजाित पिन पहाडी पिहला र जनजाित पिछ हुँदा रहेछन्। हामीले पटक पटक देिखसक्यौं। पहाडका मिहला पहाडी पिहले र मिहला पिछ हुँदा रहेछन्। पहाडका दिलतहरूले मधेशका दिलतलाई पिहला मधेशी र पिछ मात्र दिलत देख्दछन्।

मधेशी दिलत भनेको दिलत पिन हो र मधेशी पिन हो, तर नेपालको राजनीितमा मधेशी पिहला र दिलत पिछ हो। त्यसै गरी तराईका थारू भनेका जनजाित पिन हुन् र मधेशी पिन हुन्। तर मधेशी पिहला र जनजाित पिछ हुन्। थारूलाई राणाले शोसन गरे, राजाले शोसन गरे, अब पहाडका बाहुन क्षेत्री जनजाितले सबले िमलेर शोसन गर्न लागेका छन्। ितमी त मधेशी नै होइनौ भनेर भन्दैछन्। त्यो त मधेशी मिहलालाई ितमी त मधेशी नै होइनौ, ितमी त मिहला हौ भनेर भन्नु सरह हो। थारू भनेको मधेशी हो, िवशुद्ध मधेशी हो, खाँटी मधेशी हो। िवजय गच्छदार, िकशोर कुमार िवश्वास मधेशी होइनन्?

माअोवादी बाहुनहरूले पिहला मधेशलाई दुई टुक्रा पारे। मधेश र थारुवान भनेर। अिहले मधेशी क्रान्ित प्रित रीस जाहेर गर्न उनीहरूको नक्शामा मधेशलाई चार पाँच टुक्रा पािरएको छ। र ती प्रत्येकको नेतृत्व तहमा पहाडी बाहुनहरूलाई रािखएको छ। पिहला उनीहरूको नक्शामा िचतवन मधेशिभत्र हुने गर्थ्यो, अिहले िचतवनलाई मधेशबाट अलग पािरएको छ। मधेशी क्रान्ितप्रित त्यस्तो रीस गर्ने माअोवादीकालािग मधेशमा कुनै स्थान छैन।

मार्क्सवादको ग्यान हृदयेश त्रीपाठी र उपेन्द्र यादवलाई पिन छ, मात्र प्रचण्डलाई छ भन्ने कुरा होइन। वर्गीय शोसन नभएको होइन, तर जातीय शोसन पिन त छ। नेपालमा त वर्गीय र जातीय त के प्रत्येक िकिसमको शोसन भएको छ। यस्तो कुनै िकिसमको शोसन नै छैन जुन िक नेपालमा नभएको होस्। तर वर्गीय शोसनको िवरोध गर्ने तर जातीय शोसनको पक्षमा अाफुलाई उभ्याउने माअोवादीले मधेशमा वर्गीय शोसनको िवरोधको ढोंग मात्र गरेको छ। मधेशीलाई फोड र राज गर उसको नीित हो। ब्िरटेनले भारतमा पिन त्यही गरेथ्यो।

मधेश र िभत्री मधेश पुरा मधेश राज्यको भुभागमा पर्दछ। उदयपुर, िचतवन, सुर्खेत त्यो सब मधेश राज्यिभत्र हो। चुरे पहाडको चुच्चोसम्म मधेश हो।

केन्दर सरकारसँग मुद्रा, रक्षा, िवदेश नीित रहने भयो। बाँकी त राज्यकोमा जान्छ। नेपालको राष्ट्रपितको प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचन हुन्छ। उपल्लो सदनकालािग पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन हुन्छ पार्टी स्तरमा, मिहलालाई एक ितहाई अारक्षण हुने गरी।

राजेन्द्र महतोसँग बेइमानी भएको छ

सद्भावना पार्टीको स्थापना कालदेिख सक्िरय, त्योभन्दा पिहले सद्भावना पिरषदसँग सम्ब्दध, सांसद र मन्त्री पदसम्म पुग्न सफल, मधेशी अान्दोलनका अगुवा नेता र हाल मधेशको सबैभन्दा ठुलो पार्टीहरूमध्ये एकको नेतृत्व गिररहेका राजेन्द्र महतो मेरा िमत्र हुन्। वहाँसँग मेरो राजनीितक सहकार्य पिन भएको हो िवगतमा। नेपाल समाजवादी जनता दलमा हामीसँगै िथयौं। मैले राजेन््द्र महतो, उपेन्द्र यादव र हृदयेश त्रीपाठीहरूसँग ठुलो अाशा राखेको छु। मधेशी अान्दोलनको गन्तव्य हो मधेश राज्यको स्थापना। त्यहाँसम्म मधेशी अान्दोलनलाई हाँक्नु वहाँहरूको िजम्मेवारी हो।

राजाको कुपिछ त हृदयेश त्िरपाठी र राजेन्द्र महतो नङ मासु भएर बसेका िथए िदल्लीमा। त्योभन्दा पिहले पिन गजेन्द्र नारायण िसंहले हृदयेश त्िरपाठीलाई पार्टीबाट िनकाल्दा र पिछ बद्री मण्डलले हृदयेश त्िरपाठीलाई पार्टीबाट िनकाल्दा राजेन्द्र् महतोले हृदयेश त्िरपाठीलाई साथ िदएकै हो।

र दुई सद्भावनालाई एक पार्ने राजेन्द्र महतोको लाइन गलत पिन िथएन। उही हो बद्री मण्डल पार्टी अध्यक्षकालािग लड्दा त्यसका िवरूद्ध राजेन्द्र महतोले उम्मेदवारी िदंदा हृदयेशले बद्रीलाई समर्थन गरेर ठुलो गल्ती गरेको प्रमाण इितहास छ। िवगतको इितहास केलाउँदा कहाँबाट कहाँ पुिगन्छ। अिहले भिवष्यको कुरा सोंच्नुपर्ने बेला छ।

यो श्याम सुन्दर गुप्ता त क्िरिमनल प्रवृितको मान्छे रहेछ। राजेन्द्रजीको पार्टीका तीन सीिनयर नेतालाई अपहरण गरेको छ। अपराधमा लागेको व्यक्ितको मन्त्री पद जान्छ र उ जेल जानुपर्ने हुन्छ। प्रधानमन्त्रीले तत्काल त्यस अनुसारको िनर्णय नगरे िगिरजाको पिन षडयन्त्रमा हात रहेको मान्नुपर्ने हुन्छ। अिनल झालाई मैले दुई पटक भेटेको छु, दुवै पटक न्यु यर्कमा नै हो। अिहेेले अिनलजीलाई श्यामसुन्दरले अपहरण गरेको अवस्था छ।

िनर्वाचन अायोगले कुन पार्टी वास्तवमा अािधकािरक पार्टी भन्ने िनर्णय नगर्दै िगिरजाले श्यामसुन्दरलाई मन्त्री पिरषदमा ल्यायो। त्यो िनर्वाचन अायोगलाई influence गर्न गरेको िनर्णय भन्ने त्यसै थाहा हुन्छ। पुरानो सद्भावनामा ५० जना केन्द्रीय सदस्य नै िथएनन्। अिहले ५० मध्ये २६ श्यामसुन्दर समुहमा रहेको देखाइएको छ। राजेन्द्र महतोसँग बेइमानी भएको छ।

तर यो समय मधेशी नेताहरू अाफु अाफुमा बाझ्ने समय होइन। दोस्ती गर्नु जरूरी छैन। परम िमत्र बन्नु जरूरी छैन। तर कमन िमनीमम प्रोग्राममा अाउनु जरुरी छ। अब त जनता जािगसके। नेता चािहं अझै एक हुन सकेका छैनन्।

राजेन्द्रजीले नया पार्टी दर्ता गराएकै ठीक। नेपाल सद्भावना पार्टी। मास बेस त वहाँको छँदैछ। पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन भए सबैभन्दा राम्रो हुने िथयो। तर ६०% पुर्ण समानुपाितक, ४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनमा जाने हल्ला छ। काँग्रेस, एमाले, र माअोवादीका पहाडी बाहुनहरूले त्यो िनर्णय गरे त्यही हुन्छ। चुनावी प्रक्िरयामा मधेशी अान्दोलनलाई अल्झाउनु हुँदैन। हामी त्यस फर्मुलामा पिन होम्िमनुपर्छ। चुनाव जित चाँडो भयो, मधेशलाई त्यित बढी फाइदा छ।

तर ६०% पुर्ण समानुपाितक, ४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनमा जानुपर्ने भयो भने मधेशी पार्टीहरूले चतुर्याईं गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ। पुर्ण समानुपाितक भएको भए सबैले एक्ला एक्लै लडे पिन ठीक, तर प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनमा त्यो लागु हुँदैन।

पिहलो कुरा एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा हो। त्यस नारामा पहाडी बाहुनहरू अाउने कुनै लक्षण छैन। त्यस नारामा सबै मधेशी पार्टीहरू एकबद्ध हुनु जरूरी छ। र त्यलाई एउटा नाम िदनुपर्छ। मधेशी मोर्चा।

गोइतजीले मधेशलाई अलग राज्य होइन, अलग देश नै बनाउने कुरा गिररहनुभएको िथयो। वहाँले मधेशी अान्दोलनकालािग केही त्याग गर्नुपर्यो र एक कदम तल झरेर एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा अाउनुपर्यो। ज्वालाले तराईमा चार वटासम्म राज्यको कुरा गरेका िथए। त्यसबाट एक कदम मािथ अाएर एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा अाउनुपर्यो। र सबै बन्दुकधारी समुहहरूले एक भएर सीजफायर गर्नुपर्यो र चुनाव िबथोल्ने कुरा गर्नै भएन।

सीजफायरको अर्को फाइदा क्िरमीनल element हरू नाङिगन्छन् र तीनलाई तह लगाउन सिकन्छ।

चुनाव िबथोल्ने? िकन? चुनवा िबथोल्नु भनेको िगिरजा बाहुन अझै प्रधानमन्त्री भइरहोस्, राजा राजा नै भएर बसोस् भन्नु हो। राजा र िगिरजा दुवै मधेशी अान्दोलनकालािग घातक व्यक्ितहरू। ितनीहरूलाई सकेसम्म चाँडो फाल्ने कुरा पो सोंच्नुपर्छ हामीले। त्यसैले चुनाव िबथोल्ने होइन, चुनाव िजत्ने strategy कासाथ हामी अगािड बढ्नुपर्छ।

बन्दुकधारी समुहहरूले चुनाव लड्ने िक नलड्ने? त्यो मैले भन्ने कुरा होइन। उत्तरी अायरल्याण्डमा िसन फेनसँग बन्दुकधारी समुह पिन हुन्थ्यो र राजनीितक पार्टी पिन। त्यो बाटो गए पिन भयो। तर मेरो सुझाव, बन्दुकधारी मधेशी समुहहरूले अाफु चुनाव नलड्ने, बल्िक एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा अाबद्ध मधेशी मोर्चाका सम्पुर्ण पार्टीहरूलाई चुनाव ताका समर्थन गर्ने। बदलामा ती पार्टीहरूले चुनावपिछ सरकारमा जाने र सरकारमा गएर ती बन्दुकधारी समुहहरूसँग अादरपुर्वक वार्ता गर्ने वाचा िदने। त्यो राम्रो हुन्थ्यो मेरो िवचारमा।

मधेशी मोर्चाको िनर्माण कसरी हुन्छ। ६०% पुर्ण समानुपाितक, ४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचन मा देश जाने भयो भने, पुर्ण समानुपाितकमा त सबै एक्ला एक्लै लडे पिन हुन्छ। तर ४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनवाला सीटहरूमा सीट तालमेल गर्नैपर्ने हुन्छ।

दुवै फोरमको मास बेस छ। दुवै सद्भावनाको पिन मास बेस छ। नया खुल्न लागेको महन्थ ठाकुरवाला पार्टीको पिन मास बेस नभएको होइन। यी पाँच पार्टी पाँच पाण्डव बन्नुपर्यो।
६०% पुर्ण समानुपाितककालािग तालमेल गर्न पर्दैन, तर ४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनकालािग तालमेल गर्नैपर्ने हुन्छ।

यो ६०-४० वाला फर्मुला मैले नबुझेको फर्मुला पर्यो। जानुपर्ने त पुर्ण समानुपाितकमा नै हो। लास्ट िमनेटमा गएर माअोवादी िकन अोइलायो मलाई थाहा भएन। प्रचण्डको भाषामा भन्नुपर्दा मैले यसमा राजदरबारको हात देिखराखेको छु। ५०० सांसदबाट बढेर अब ५३० जित पुग्ने भो।

४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनकालािग एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा अाबद्ध मधेशी मोर्चाका पाँच पार्टीहरूले एक सीटमा एक जना मात्र उठाउने िनर्णय गर्न सक्नुपर्छ। ११६ सीटलाई अाफु अाफुमा बाँड्न सक्नुपर्यो। एकले अर्कोको मास बेस छैन भन्ने झगडामा लाग्नुहुँदैन। महन्थ ठाकुरहरूलाई लाग्ला चुनाव िजत्दैअाएको त हामी हो, यो नया लड्काहरूको त के मास बेस छ र? उपेन्द्र यादवलाई लाग्ला मधेशी क्रान्ित गरेको त हामीले हो, पुराना खालेहरूको त मास बेस गायब भइसक्यो। त्यसरी बाझाबाझ गर्नुहुँदैन।

४०% प्रत्यक्ष िनर्वाचनकालािग ११६ सीटमा नै तालमेल हुन सके सबैभन्दा राम्रो। त्यो हुन सक्दैन भने ११६ मध्ये ७० सीटमा तालमेल, बाँकीमा फ्री कम्पीिटशन भएको राम्रो। त्यो पिन हुँदैन भने ५० सीटमा तालमेल, बाँकीमा फ्री कम्पीिटशन भएको राम्रो। अािद इत्यािद। अर्थात, सकेसम्म बढी सीटमा तालमेल।

मुख्य कुरा एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा हो। त्यस नारामा अाएकालाई िजताउने, त्यसमा नअाएका मधेशी उम्मेदवारहरूलाई पिन हराउने। पहाडीको त कुरै छोडौं। पहाडी उपिनवेशवादका िदन गए।

मुख्य कुरा लहर पैदा गर्ने हो। पाँच पाण्डव एक भयो भने लहर अाफ्सेअाफ पैदा हुन्छ।

र तत्काल चािहं हृदयेशजीले गुण्डा मन्त्री श्यामसुन्दरलाई फोन गरेर अिनल झाहरूलाई छोड्न लगाउने।

Leaders blame palace, India for unrest in Terai Political leaders have claimed that the King and India have hands in creating crisis in Terai region. They have said the resignation of minister Mahantha Thakur and three other parliamentarians from their positions was part of a game to create further turmoil in the Terai plains. Yadav has appealed in his statement to all the Madhesi leaders associated with non-Madhesi parties to resign and join the common front to struggle for the 'autonomous Madhes province.' ..... माधव नेपालको तालु, प्रचण्डको तालु, िगिरजाको तालु

माधव नेपालले भिनसके, इसमें िवदेशीयोका हात है। मधेशी नागिरकलाई नेपाली नमान्नेले मधेशी समस्यालाई िवदेशी समस्या मान्नु, मधेशी अान्दोलनलाई िवदेशीद्वारा संचािलत भन्नु अनौठो शायद होइन।

प्रचण्डले फेिर भिनसक्यो। प्रितक्िरयावादी फेिर जाग्यो भनेर। त्यो बाहुन बुढोले राजावादीसँग पिन िमल्नुपर्छ भनेर भनेको एक हप्ता पिन िबतेको छैन। राजवादीसँग िमल्नुपर्छ भनेर कुनै मधेशी नेताले भनेको छैन त, तर प्रचण्डले अारोप लगाइसक्यो। इसमें राजदरबारका हात है।

मधेशी क्रान्ितका दौरान िगिरजा र प्रचण्डको नाइटो र बुद्िध त्यसरी नै एकाकार भएथ्यो। िगिरजाले भिनसक्यो, इसमें प्रितगामीयोका हात है।

माअोवादको उमेर होला ७०-८० वर्ष। मार्क्सवादको उमेर होला १६० वर्ष। समाजवादको उमेर होला २०० वर्ष। तर ती सबै वादको बडा बाप त बाहुनवाद हो। बाहुनवादको उमेर १०,००० वर्ष हो। माधव नेपाल, प्रचण्ड र िगिरजामा जो यकायक एकता कायम हुन लागेकको छ त्यो बाहुनवादले गर्दा हो। मधेशीलाई देिखनसहने यी तीन बाहुनहरू। माधवले गौरबाट उम्मेदवारी निदए हुन्छ अब किहले पिन।

महन्थ ठाकुरको कदम कुनै सानो कदम होइन। अाधा शताब्दी नेपाली काँग्रेसलाई िदएको व्यक्ितत्व। मधेशी क्रान्ितका दौरान िगिरजाले महन्थ ठाकुरलाई प्रयोग गर्यो। त्यित बेला सफल वार्ताको कडी िथयो गृह मन्तरीको राजीनामा। त्यो साँचो िगिरजाले पोखरीमा फािलिदए अिन भने ठाकुरलाई, जाउ वार्ता गर। त्यो सुिनयोिजत अपमान िथयो।

दक्िषण एिसयाको राजनीितमा भारतीय िवस्तारवाद भयो होला। केही असमान सन्िध भए होलान्। तर ती असमान सन्िधमा हस्ताक्षर गर्ने त िगिरजा जस्ता पहिरयाहरू हुन्। भारतको कुनै पिन व्यवहारको िजम्मेवारी मधेशी समुदायले िलनुपर्ने सोंचाई अाफैमा prejudice हो। भारतको िदल्लीमा बस्ने अिधकांश नेपाली पहाडी छन्।

मधेशको law and order को िजम्मेवारी िबहार पुिलसको हो भनेर िगिरजाले भन्िदयो। त्यो बाहुन म पिन त मधेशी नै हुँ भन्छ, अाफ्नो बाउले िवराटनगरमा बनाएको घर देखाउँछ। त्यो त राणाले मधेशमािथ शासन गर्न पठाएको व्यक्ित िथयो कृष्ण प्रसाद। ब्िरिटशले पिन गोरा viceroy हरू पठाउँथे इण्िडयामा। ती गोरा भारतीय भएनन् त, िगिरजा कसरी मधेशी भयो?

मधेशी अान्दोलन शान्ितपुर्ण हुन्छ, र यसको लक्षय स्पष्ट छ। पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेश। माधव नेपालको, प्रचण्डको, िगिरजाको सक्कली रूप मधेशी जनताको सामु प्रस्तुत गर्नु, ितनलाई उदाङगो पार्नु पिन मधेशी अान्दोलनको लक्षय हो।

मधेशी अान्दोलनको लक्षय हो मधेश राज्यको स्थापना। जुन बाहुन अाए पिन कानै िचरेका भनेर यी तीन बाहुनलाई भिनएको हो।

पहाडी पार्टीहरूबाट राजीनामा िदएर मधेशी नेताहरूले बल्ल गुलामीको जन्जीर तोडेका छन्। नत्र भने मधेशीजनतालाई २०४६ सालदेिख नै बडो अप्ठ्यारो िथयो। अाफुले ज-जसलाई िजताएर पठायो उही गुलाम भएरबिसिदएको छ। नेता गुलाम, जनता गुलाम।

अब बल्ल खुकुलो भयो।

माअोवादीले अाफ्नो money and muscle को अहं त्यािगिदए हुन्छ। कमजोर गृहमन्त्रीबाट ठगेको करोडौंरुप्याको बलमा राजनीित गर्न खोज्ने पार्टी गरीबहरूको पार्टी कसरी भयो? २०४६ पिछ भ्रष्ट काँग्रेसीहरूलेगरेको राजनीित त्यही होइन? जनताको sentiment का सामुन्ने माअोवादीको money and muscle बेकार छ।

Money and muscle कै कुरा गर्ने हो भने मधेशी अान्दोलन त्यस मायनेमा पिन कोहीभन्दा कम छैन। तर यो money and muscle को कुरा नै होइन। यो जनताको अावाजको कुरा हो।

संघीय गणतन्त्रको कुरा गर्ने तर मधेशलाई चार पाँच टुक्रामा फोड्िदने, अिन ती मािथ पहाडी बाहुनलाईितनको नेता बनाइिदले माअोवादी व्यवहारका िदन गए। संघीय लोकतन्त्र भन्ने तर पहाड र मधेश िमलाएरराज्य बनाउने, राजा वीरेन्द्रको िवकास क्षेत्रहरू जस्तो, त्यस्तो कुरा गर्ने एमालेका िदन गए। संघीयसरकार भन्ने तर पहाडी राज्यहरूलाई मधेशका राज्यभन्दा बढी वजन िदने उपल्लो सदनमा, त्यस्तोषडयन्त्र गर्ने नेपाली काँग्रेसका िदन गए।

माअोवादीलाई न मधेशीले पत्याएको छ न जनजाितले। गुण्डाअावाराको राजनीित सहने भन्ठानेको छमाअोवादीले मधेशी र जनजाितलाई? राणातन्त्रको गुलामी, राजतन्त्रको गुलामी, पञ्चे, काँग्रेस र एमालेकोबाहुन-क्षेत्रीवादको गुलामीबाट वाक्क भएका मधेशी र जनजाितले यो एककाइसौं शताब्दीमा माअोवादीकोदादािगरी र गुलामी सहन्छ भन्ने कुरा सोंच्ने जुर्रत माअोवादीले िकन गर्दैछ?

अबको राजनीित जनताको िदल िजत्ने राजनीित हुन्छ। मधेशी पार्टीका नेता र कार्यकर्तालाई harass गर्नेमाअोवादीको राजनीितकालािग मधेशमा कुनै ठाउँ छैन। माअोवादीले अाफ्नो रवैया नबदले त्यस पार्टीको अाउँदोचुनावमा मधेशबाट नामोिनशान मेिटनेछ। एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा त्यित ताकत छ।

मधेशी अान्दोलनका Tactical चुनौतीहरू

पहाडी पार्टीहरूमा रहेका मधेशी नेताहरूले गुलामीको जंजीर तोडेपिछ, मधेशी राष्ट्िरय मञ्चको स्थापनापािछ मधेशी अान्दोलनले एउटा नया उर्जा प्राप्त गरेको छ।

अिहले मोटामोटी चार समुह छन् मधेशी अान्दोलनमा। एक, मधेशी राष्ट्िरय मञ्च जसमा पहाडी पार्टीहरूलाई लात मारेर िनस्केका नेता छन्। दुई, उपेन्द्र यादव र राजेन्दर् महतोको नेतृत्वमा रहेका मधेशी जनािधकार फोरम र सद्भावना। तीन, फोरमको अर्को गुट, िवश्वास र गुप्तावाला र तीसँग अाबद्ध अरू तीन-चार पार्टीहरू। चार, बन्दुकधारी मधेशी राजनीितक समुहहरू।

पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा। यी चार वटै समुह यी दुई नारामा अाउनुपर्छ र अाए जस्तो पिन लाग्छ। त्यित गृहकार्य प्रयाप्त छ अिहलेकालािग। अिन यस मधेशी मोर्चाले चुनाव sweep गर्छ। यस मधेशी मोर्चाले जनजाित पार्टीहरूलाई पिन सहयोग गर्दै लानुपर्छ। संिवधान सभामा मधेशी जनजाितको बहुमत अाउने ठुलो संभावना म देिखराखेको छु।

अगली सरकार मधेशी अौेर जनजाितयोंकी।

एउटै पार्टीमा बस्न नसक्नेहरू अलग पार्टी नै बनाएर बसुन्, केही छैन। एउटा मधेशी मोर्चा बन्दैन भने तीन वटा बने पिन ठीक छ। तर मुख्य कुरा मुद्दा हो। पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा। यी दुई मुद्दालाई कुनै पिन हालतमा छोड्नुहुँदैन। मधेशी नेताहरू परम िमत्र हुनुपर्दैन। मधेशी पार्टीहरू सबै कुरामा एक मत हुनुपर्दैन। तर यी दुई कुराका अाधारमा common minimum program बन्नैपर्छ। पुर्णसमानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा।
