सद्भावना रोडम्यापनेपालको सबैभन्दा ठूलो पार्टी सद्भावना बन्न सक्छ िक सक्दैन? बन्न सक्छ भने कसरी?
पार्टी एकीकरण
बद्री मण्डललाई अर्को सद्भावना फ्याक्शनले फािलसकेको अवस्थामा सद्भावना अानन्दीका नेताहरूले पार्टी एकीकरणकालािग पहल गर्नु जरूरी भएको छ। सद्भावना अानन्दी बिलयो अवस्थामा छ। एकीकरण नगरे बढी बेफाइदा अर्को फ्याक्शनलाई छ। त्यसैले सद्भावना अानन्दीले महानता र बडप्पन दर्शाउनु जरूरी छ। काँग्रेस एकीकरण हुनेवाला छैन। त्यो एउटा थािकसकेको पार्टी हो। काँग्रेसको मुख्य बेस नै तराई रिहअाएको िथयो। फुटेको काँग्रेसलाई जुटेको सद्भावनाले बढी राम्रोसँग धक्का िदन सक्छ।
हृदयेशको मार्क्सवाद
हृदयेश त्िरपाठी भनेको पिहला कम्युिनष्ट मान्छे। एमालेले तराईमा अाफ्नो बेस केको अाधारमा बनाएको छ भन्ने कुरा हृदयेशले राम्रोसँग बुझेको हुनुपर्छ। सद्भावना काँग्रेस जस्तै मध्यम वर्गीय मधेसीहरूको पार्टी रिहअाएको छ। त्यसरी काम चल्नेवाला छैन। सद्भावनाले गरीबी रेखामुिन रहेका मधेसीहरूलाई गरीबीलाई नै मुद्दा बनाएर कसरी अगािड बढ्ने भन्ने बारे सोंच्नुपर्यो। एमालेलाई कम्पीिटशन िदनुपर्यो। हृदयेशले अाफ्नो कम्युिनष्ट पृष्ठभूिमलाई दबाउने होइन, क्याश गर्ने काम गर्नुपर्यो।
संिवधान सभा र िहंसा
सद्भावनाले १९९० मा अाफ्नो स्थापना कालदेिख नै संिवधान सभाको माग गर्दै अाएको हो। काँग्रेस र एमाले लाचार भएर, केही पिन सीप नलागेर संिवधान सभामा जान लागेका हुन्। १९९६ मा माअोवादीले गृहयुद्ध शुरू गर्दा संिवधान सभाको कुरा गरेका िथएनन्। त्यो त पिछ गर्न थालेका हुन्। त्यसैले देशमा हुन लागेको संिवधान सभाको चुनावको श्रेय सद्भावनाले िनर्धक्क भएर िलनुपर्छ। सद्भावनाले अाफ्नो िहंसाको कुनै इितहास नभएको कुरा जनतामा लैजानुपर्छ।
मधेशी जनजाित गठबंधन
यो गाँठी कुरा हो। यसकालािग सद्भावनाले पहल गर्छ िक गर्दैन? त्यो हेर्नुपर्ने छ। यसकालािग पार्टीको केन्द्रीय सिमितको पुनर्संरचना गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ। पार्टी अध्यक्ष मधेसी हुने हो भने एउटा उपाध्यक्ष जनजाित, एउटा उपाध्यक्ष दिलत, र एउटा उपाध्यक्ष मिहला बनाउनुपर्यो, र त्यो कुरा पार्टी िवधानमा नै लेख्नुपर्यो। पार्टीको मेिनफेस्टो पिन नया िकिसमले लेख्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।
होइन, यिद जनजाित सद्भावनाको झण्डामुिन अाउँदैनन् भने चुनावी गठबन्धन हुनसक्छ। चुनावी गठबन्धन हुँदैन भने संसदमा गएर गठबन्धन हुनसक्छ।
प्रवासी मधेसी
मेरो अनुभवमा प्रवासी मधेसीमा राजनीितक चेतना न्यून छ। एकसेएक िडग्री प्राप्त मधेसीहरू, एकसेएक पैसा कमाएका मधेसीहर सद्भावनाप्रित दुर्वचन बोल्छन्। थुप्रै प्रवासी मधेसीहरू बाहुनको झोला बोकेर िहंिडरहेको देख्न सिकन्छ। अाफ्नो हकिहतकालािग नबोलेकोले मात्र त्यो दोस्ती भएको हो, मधेसी हतिहतकालािग बोल्न थाल्नासाथ ती पहाडीयाहरू नाकमुख बङब्याउन थाल्छन् भन्ने कुराको बोध हुन बाँकी छ थुप्रै िदग्गज मधेसी िदमागहरूमा।
सबै मधेसी सद्भावनाकै पछािड लाग्नुपर्छ भन्ने त छैन, तर सबै मधेसी अाफ्नो समुदायको हकिहतकालािग एक जुट भएर अगािड अाउनुपर्ने भने छ।
संिवधान सभाको चुनावी क्षेत्रहरू बराबर जनसंख्याको अाधारमा रेखाङिकत हुनुपर्थ्यो। भएन। अिन खोइ त काँग्रेस, एमाले र माअोवादी मधेसीहरूले यसबारेमा हल्ला गरेको? पार्टी बेिससमा नगएर एजेण्डा बेिससमा नै जाने हो भने पिन अिहले सद्भावना मधेसी हकिहतकालािग बोल्ने एक्लो पार्टी भएको छ। प्रवासी मधेसीहरूले िक त अरू पार्टीहरूलाई मधेसी हकिहतको एजेण्डामा ल्याउन सक्नुपर्यो िक त एकमुष्ट भएर सद्भावनालाई मदत गर्नुपर्यो। त्यसकालािग अाफ्नो अात्मघृणालाई परास्त गर्नुपर्यो।
सद्भावना लहर
यो संिवधान सभाको चुनाव हुन लागेको होइन, यो दमजम अान्दोलन हुन लागेको हो। १९८४ मा भारतमा भाजपासँग २ सीट िथयो। १९८९ मा त्यो ८५ भयो। १९९६ मा १६१ भयो र सबैभन्दा ठूलो पार्टी बन्यो्। सद्भावना भनेको काँग्रेस जस्तो बूढो, थाकेको, िसिकस्त पार्टी होइन, एमाले जस्तो नामको मार्क्सवादी कामको बाहुनवादी पार्टी होइन, माअोवादी जस्तो िहंसाको इितहास बोकेको पहाडीकेन्द्रीत पार्टी होइन।
यो चुनावमा सद्भावना लहर पैदा हुने ठूलो संभावना छ। तर त्यसकालािग सद्भावनाका नेताहरूले हामीले १९९० मा लेखेको मेिनफेस्टोको एउटा अर्धिवराम पिन फेर्दैनौं भन्ने जुन मनस्िथित छ त्यसलाई त्याग्नपर्यो। सद्भावनाले मेरो प्रस्तािवत संिवधान लाई अाफ्नो चुनावी मेिनफेस्टो बनाउनुपर्यो।

रौतहट, पुस ९ - सद्भावना आनन्दीदेवीका महासचिव राजेन्द्र महतोले आठ दलद्वारा जारी अुन लागेको अन्तरिम संविधान मधेसी विरोधी भएको बताएका छन् । ठूला दल भन्दैमा जे पनि गर्न पाइन्छ भन्ने छैन भन्दै महतोले गौरमा आइतबार आयोजित मधेसी कार्यकर्ता भेलामाआठ दल नै मधेसी विरोधी भएर निस्केको आरोप लगाए ।
जनआन्दोलन दुईले देखाएको मार्ग दिशालाई ठूलो दलले बिर्सेर मधेस र मधेसी प्रतिभेदभाव गरी अधिकार खोस्ने कार्यमा सक्रिय भएको आरोप लगाउँदै महासचिव महतोले सद्भावनाले विरोध र असहमति गरेका काम ठूलो दलले निर्णय गर्दै आएको दाबी गरेका छन् । नयाँ नेपालको निर्माण गर्ने बेलामा यसरी भेदभाव गर्दा मुलुकमा रक्तपातको स्थिति सिर्जना हुने महतोले चेतावनी दिएका छन् ।
महासचिव महतोले जन संख्याको आधारमा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रको निर्माण गर्नुपर्ने र अन्तरिम संविधानमा समानुपात हिसाबले बराबरीको दर्जा मधेसका जनतालेे पाउनुपर्ने अडान मधेसका जनताले राखे पनि सात दल एक ढिक्का भएर सद्भावनाले केही गर्दैन भन्नेजस्ता धम्कीपूर्ण कार्य गरेको भन्दै भत्र्सना गरेका छन् ।
यसैगरी महोत्तरी समाचारदाताका अनुसार अन्तरिम संविधानको विरोध गर्दै सद्भावना आन्नदीदेवीले आइतबार जलेश्वरमा मसाल जुलुस प्रदर्शन गरेको छ । साँझ पार्टी कार्यालयबाट निस्केको जुलुसले अन्तरिम संविधान मधेस विरोधी भएकोमा विरोध जनाउँदै त्यसको खारेजीको माग गरेको छ । जुलुसले समानुपातिक शासन प्रणाली, संघीय शासन प्रणाली तथा भूमिमा मात्र नभै सम्पत्तिमा समेत हदबन्दी लागू गर्न माग गरेको छ ।
सदरमुकामस्थित प्रमुख चेाकको परिक्रमा गर्दै बस स्टेन्ड पुगेको जुलुस कोणसभामा परिणत भएको थियो ।
