छ बुँदाले मधेसी अान्दोलनलाई स्पष्टता िदयो। त्यसैले िवजय प्राप्त भयो। त्यस िवजयबाट पाठ िसक्नुपर्छ र अब चुनावी िवजय प्राप्त गर्ने तर्फ सोंच्नुपर्छ।

संसदीय चुनावमा मत ल्याए अनुसार समानुपाितक राज्यबाट नै प्रत्येक पार्टीले पैसा पाउने, अरु चन्दा उठाउन नपाउने।
िवश्वास समुहका जनजाितहरूले भन्लान, खै त हामीलाई राज्य? उनीहरूलाई सम्झाउनुपर्छ। जातीय राज्य व्यवहािरक कुरा होइन। भौगोिलक राज्य व्यवहािरक कुरा हो, ७५ िजल्ला फाल्ने हो भने लथािलङ हुन्छ। तर उपल्लो सदनकालािग दलीय समानुपाितक िनर्वाचनको व्यवस्था जातीय राज्यभन्दा superior व्यवस्था हो। अलग िलम्बु राज्य खडा गर्न असंभव छ, तर िलम्बु पार्टी खोलेर देशभिर छिरएर रहेका िलम्बुहरुलाई ल यस पार्टीलाई भोट देउ भन्न सिजलो छ।
िवश्वास समुहका सबै पार्टीहरूले पहाडमा पिन शत प्रितशत सीट तालमेल गर्नुपर्छ। र उनीहरू पिन यस पाँच बुँदे सामुिहक मेिनफेस्टोमा अाउनुपर्छ।

एक मधेस एक प्रदेशको नारामा Compromise
तराईका सबै िजल्ला िमलाएर एउटा राज्य बनाउने, तर त्यस राज्यको नाम मधेस नराख्ने, तराई राख्ने। त्यो िकिसमको compromise हुन सक्छ। मधेस भन्नाले मधेसी समुदाय बुझाउँछ। तर त्यो राज्य मात्र मधेसी समुदायको हुने छैन। त्यो राज्य सारा नेपालको हुनेछ। संसारको प्रत्येक ethnic group को बसोबास न्यु यर्कमा छ। त्यस्तै नेपालको प्रत्येक ethnic group को बसोबास तराईमा छ, र हुनुपर्ने त्यही हो। तराईमा अाधा जनसंख्या त गैर मधेसीको छ। तराई राज्यको स्थापना गरेर पहिरयाहरूलाई के को डर भो?
देशको २५% भुभागलाई िमलाएर एउटा राज्य बनाउन िकन गार्हो मान्ने?
७५ िजल्ला कायम राख्ने
अिहलेको ७५ िजल्ला कायम नै राख्नु मेरो सुझाव हुनेछ। ७५ िजल्लालाई फाल्ने हो भने भारत पािकस्तान टुक्िरए पिछ जस्तो confusion भयो त्यस्तै confusion हुनेछ।
बाहुनहरूले नबुझेको कुरा
बाहुनहरू जातीय राज्य चाहँदैनन्। तामाङ राज्य त गुरूङ राज्य पाच्य छैन। बाहुनहरू भौगोिलक राज्य चाहन्छन्।
मधेसी अान्दोलनले मागेको तराई राज्य जातीय होइन भौगोिलक राज्य हो। भनेपिछ बाहुनहरू खुश हुनुपर्ने। खोइ त?
७५ िजल्ला कायम नै राख्ने। कोशी, गण्डकी, कर्णाली, तराई गरेर चार राज्य स्थापना गर्ने। चार वटै नाम जातीय होइन, भौगोिलक हुने भए। अिन नक्शाको काम समाप्त। कित सिजलो?
मुख्य झगडा नक्शा होइन, शक्ित बाँडफाँडको हो
मैले भने जस्तो चार राज्य स्थापना गर्ने तर उपल्लो सदनमा प्रत्येक राज्यलाई बराबरी १० सीट िदने व्यवस्था ल्याएमा अापत परेन? नक्शामा मात्र त्यसैले अल्िझनु हुँदैन।
गर्नुपर्ने यित हो। (२) भनेको जातीय पार्टी पिन खोल्न पाइन्छ भन्ने हो। तामाङ पार्टी पिन खोले हुन्छ, गुरुङ पार्टी पिन खोले हुन्छ।

काँग्रेस, एमाले, माअोवादी तीन पहाडी बाहुन पार्टीले एक मधेस एक पर्देशको नाराको िवपक्षमा अाफुलाई उभ्याइ सके। तर तराईमा एक मधेस एक पर्देशको नाराप्रित व्यापक समर्थन छ। भने पिछ ती तीन पहाडी पार्टीलाई तराईबाट बढारेर फाल्िदने। अप्िरल १० का िदन। मधेसी अान्दोलनको लक्ष्य त्यो हुनुपर्छ।
तर जनताले पत्याएन भने तराईमा एक होइन चार राज्यको स्थापना पिन हुन सक्छ अन्तत। अन्ितम िनर्णय गर्ने जनताले हो।
