पुर्ण समानुपाितकमा गए complications बढेर जान्छ भन्छ िगिरजा। जब िक यथार्थ उल्टो छ। अिहलेको िमस्रीतमा बरु धेरै complications छन्। िनर्वाचन क्षेत्र िनर्धािरत भएको छैन। एक चोिट िनर्धािरत गर्दा त्यत्रो बबाल भयो। फेिर िनर्धािरत गर्दा अर्को बबाल हुन्छ। िमस्रीत िभत्रको ५०% समानुपाितकको फर्मुला अिहेलेसम्म कसैेले बुझेको मैले पाएको छैन। भन्नुको अर्थ त्यस अनुसारको िन्रवाचन भइसकेपिछ कुन सीट कसले िजत्यो त्यो ठम्याउन नै छ मिहना लाग्छ। पार्टीहरूको अाफु अाफुमा झगडा पर्छ। पुर्ण समानुपाितकमा त्यो झगडा पर्दैन।
पुर्ण समानुपाितकमा जान नचाहनुको िगिरजाको कारण के भन्दा खेिर त्यसमा गए िगिरजा जस्तो तानाशाही पार्टी सभापितको पावर ह्वात्त घटेर जाने भयो। िगिरजाको नेतृत्वमा रहेको पार्टी अन्तर्गत मधेशी र जनजाित नै अाए पिन उसले िगिरजाको हुकुमत त मान्नुपर्ने भयो। हो, त्यो चािहएको हो िगिरजालाई। त्यो हो बाहुनवादको नया संस्करण। देखाउने मुख समानुपाितक जस्तो देखाइिदने, मधेशी, जनजाित, दिलत, मिहला दुई चार जना अगािड सार्िदने, तर पावर बाहुनसँग नै राख्ने।
जनजाित पार्टीबाट िजतेर अाएका जनजाितले त िगिरजाको हुकुमत नमान्ने भए। हो, त्यो हो िगिरजाको समस्या।
देशमा पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन हुनुपर्छ र चुनावपिछ साधारण बहुमतको सरकार, दुई ितहाइ बहुमतको संिवधान हुन्छ। िगिरजाको सोंचाइ अर्कै छ। िमस्रीत अनुसारको चुनाव गराउने। सात पार्टीबीच कुनै फरक नभए जस्तो गिरिदने जनतालाई। अिन चुनावपिछ राजीनामा निदने। मलाई फाल्नु छ भने संिवधान सभामा दुई ितहाइ बहुमत देखाउ भन्ने। त्यो तानाशाही चल्दैन। राजाको तानाशाही चलेन भने िगिरजा कुन ड्याङको मुला हो?

Maoist 'voluntary' donations spread terror Kantipur The CPN Maoist on Tuesday announced formation of separate teams under the leadership of Asare Kaka, Salikram Jamkattel, Lekhnath Neupane, 'Jivanta' and 'Sagar' to mobilize funds in Kathmandu Valley. .... the teams would "jointly work" with contractors of categories A and B, first class hotels, business companies and trading firms for mobilizing financial resources for the party. .......
